The Campaign


Odeon recently completed their second EchoMany campaign, this time in the form of a “Retweet to Remind” campaign. Fans were invited to ‘Join the Golden Circle’ by simply retweeting a call-to-action Tweet.

How It Worked

@OdeonCinemas Twitter account launched a Call To Action post, which encouraged users to Retweet in order to receive a reminder update when tickets for the films’ release went live

Users would automatically receive a personalised image in response to their Retweet, confirming that they were now signed up for updates.

Later, as the film premier came closer and tickets were available for pre-sale, @OdeonCinemas replied to all subscribers with a personalised video, which incorporated teaser-trailer clips from the movie.

Each video is dynamically personalised with the users’ profile picture, and accompanied by a link to the e-commerce site so that they could purchase tickets.
