The Campaign


MissGuided launched 3 Conversational Ads, all encouraging users to click a button to tweet #NaughtyList in order to spread awareness of a big surprise that was coming for fans on November 18th. Clicking that button would automatically amplify the advert by posting it to the individual users’ Twitter Feed, along with a fun and eye-catching autoplay video. What the user isn’t expecting, however, is the follow up message that would come automatically soon after, to “surprise and delight” them!

How It Worked



Users’ click a button to “Get on the list”, which automatically posts the call to action post to their own feed and triggers EchoMany

EchoMany automatically starts to render a video based on existing MissGuided assets, which incorporates the users’ profile picture and name

EchoMany automatically replies from the @MissGuided Twitter account with the personalised video
